If the claim cannot be tested against public artifacts, it is declined at intake. No charge is raised at all.
3. Pay & register
On the record first
The flat fee is invoiced manually, then the claim and its scope are committed to the public registry before work starts. Once registered, a claim cannot be canceled, hidden, or removed.
4. Review
Same work, same fee
The method and criteria do not change with the outcome. Priority only buys an earlier start slot.
5. Publish
Receipt on the record
The evidence receipt is published with what it verifies, what it does not, and how anyone can re-run it.

Public dispute path
Reproduction deltas and interpretation disputes are filed as public issues and logged to the receipt index within 2 business days.
What the package tells you
- Verified — what the reviewed public evidence supports.

- Gated or unknown — what cannot be checked from the accessible evidence.
- Method and limits — the references, checks, and conclusions the review does not support.
Request a review
The request opens a prefilled email. Include one claim and the relevant public links. QPF confirms at intake whether the claim is testable against public artifacts; if it is not, it is declined and no charge is raised. If it is accepted, the flat fee is invoiced and your claim is committed to the public registry (qpf-verification-registry) before work begins. You can also open an intake issue directly on the registry.
