The $500 CAD founder certificate was withdrawn on 2026-09-25 and is not available. It is kept on the record rather than deleted, because deleting it would hide that it was ever offered.

Why it was withdrawn. This page sat beside a $2 / $5 USD “pay after ESTABLISHED, FAILED = $0” offer, a CAD $1+ support path, and a $29 USD dev-kit listing: four prices in three currencies, one of them payable only when a check passed. A price that depends on the verdict is a fee for good verdicts. This project does not sell verdicts.

What replaced it

Your exact claim and its scope are committed to the public registry repository before any work begins, so a result cannot be quietly dropped. If QPF does not deliver the evidence receipt within 10 business days of public registration, the fee is refunded in full and the claim stays on the public record, marked ABANDONED_OR_OVERDUE_BY_QPF.

What has not changed

Certificate #000 (QPF self) remains a public example of the evidence-package format — see /deployed-addresses. Verification is still read-only and still states what is verified, what is not, and what remains unknown. No mint, liquidity, or chain financial execution is authorized.
